Our Private Paint & Sip Parties are perfect for birthdays, girls’ night out, team building, showers, holiday gatherings, and more. You bring the crew, we bring the creativity!
You pick the venue, date, time, and painting, and we’ll handle the rest so you can sip, laugh, and create together.
Studio vs. On-Location Events
Wine & Canvas Studio (Toledo)
For groups of about 10–20 guests, our cozy studio is a great fit for private events.

$25 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the studio, date, time, and artist.

Once your date is confirmed, you agree to pay for the equivalent of 8 seats, even if your final headcount is lower.

Studio is BYOB/food/snacks. Guests may bring wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages; all guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
Mobile & Partner Venue Events
We are a mobile art studio, so we can come to your home, office, or venue of choice.
If you don’t have a venue in mind, we can help you connect with one of our amazing partner locations.

When your event is held at a partner restaurant or bar, all food & beverages are purchased directly from the venue.

For on-location events (home/office/other venue), tables, chairs, food, and drinks are not provided by Wine & Canvas.

We are not responsible for paint on clothing, furniture, or other surfaces—please encourage guests to dress accordingly.
Event Length & Project Options
Most adult private events are booked in 3-hour windows (including time for arrivals and breaks).
Cookies & Canvas kids events are typically 2 hours.
Need a shorter window? We can often adjust to 2 hours with a simplified design.

Pricing, Minimums & Custom Paintings
Pricing varies by project and location, but here’s how our private events work behind the scenes:

A minimum of 10 guests is typically required for a private event.

Once your date is booked, you agree to pay for at least 8 seats, even if fewer guests attend.

Custom painting option:

A $50 flat fee for a custom design (due with your booking fee/deposit).

You’ll work with us to choose or customize a painting that fits your theme.

Booking Fee, Deposits & Payments
To confirm your private event:

Studio events:
-
A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to lock in the studio, date, time, and artist.

This fee holds your reservation and is not refundable if you cancel.

Mobile / partner venue events:

A non-refundable deposit (amount will be confirmed at booking) is required to reserve your date and artist.

For all private events:

Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable

By paying the booking fee/deposit, you agree to the Terms & Conditions on this page.

Final headcount and payment details will be confirmed prior to your event date.
Late Start, Rescheduling & Cancellations
We want your event to run smoothly and on time:

If your event starts an hour or more later than the confirmed start time, a late fee of $50 per hour may be added.

If you need to reschedule, your booking fee/deposit can be transferred to a new date once within 1 year, subject to availability.

If you cancel and choose not to reschedule, your booking fee/deposit is forfeited.
If Wine & Canvas must cancel due to emergency or severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event or issue an appropriate credit.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a private event and paying your booking fee/deposit, you agree that:

You’ll meet the minimum payment of 8 seats, even if fewer guests attend.

You understand that the booking fee/deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred once within 1 year.

Wine & Canvas is not responsible for any damage to clothing, personal items, or property from paint or art supplies.

Food, beverages, tables, and chairs are not included unless otherwise stated.

For studio and licensed venues, all alcohol consumption must comply with local laws and all guests consuming alcohol must be 21+.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes. If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please let the artist know at the beginning of the event.
