Pizza Gorda Punta Gorda and Fresco Gelato are staples in downtown Punta Gorda. Enjoy an afternoon outdoors under the umbrellas with your favorite baked good, gelato, or pizza while we paint. Lunch time, paint time!
At Pizza Gorda, our love for Italian tradition is at the heart of everything we do. Proudly recognized as Best Pizza in Punta Gorda by Life & News, this honor reflects our dedication to selecting only the finest ingredients and preparing every pizza with care and respect for time-honored Italian techniques. Each dish is made to order, blending authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and true Italian passion “passione italiana” to deliver a rich and memorable dining experience.
Inspired by the people who walk through our doors every day, we craft each pizza and dish with care, using thoughtfully selected ingredients and recipes rooted in Italian tradition. From a shared table to the final bite, every visit is meant to feel warm, personal, and unforgettable—because to us, great food is only complete when it’s shared with our community.
With a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, friendly faces, and the bold, comforting flavors of our famous pizzas, every visit feels like a little escape. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual slice, sharing a pie with friends, or enjoying a meal that feels a bit indulgent, Pizza Gorda is the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer and come back often.
