We host at your office, a venue you choose, or one of our partner restaurants with a private room. You pick the date, the time and the painting. Our event planners handle everything else.

How a Private Paint and Sip Event Works

One event planner looks after your party from the first question to the final clean-up.

    Date, headcount, occasion and whether you have a venue. The quote form takes about 30 seconds.

    Your event planner settles the date, time, painting, location and artist.

  3. Invite your guests

    That's your only job. We confirm everything with you beforehand.

  4. We set up and clean up

    The artist arrives early, runs the class and packs everything away. Everyone takes their painting home.

Private Paint and Sip Event FAQ

How many people do I need for a private paint and sip event?
Most locations have an 8-guest minimum, and minimums can vary with location and drive time. We've hosted private events for more than 200 guests.

Can you come to our office?
Yes. Your artist brings the canvases, paint, easels and aprons, sets up before guests arrive and cleans up afterward. We can also host at your venue or one of our partner restaurants. For office events, you provide the tables and chairs.

How long does a corporate paint and sip event last?
Choose a 2- or 3-hour event, depending on your schedule and the painting you pick.

Does anyone need painting experience?
No. The artist walks the group through the painting one step at a time, and every guest finishes with a piece to take home.

What can we paint?
Canvas paintings, wine glasses, wood board art, pet portraits and fluid pour art. For kids' parties, Cookies & Canvas is a kid-friendly event for ages 6 and up with a 10-guest minimum.
