This Toledo Paint and Sip Party is an exclusive celebration for friends and family to get together in a creative way. You pick the venue, date, time, and project. Then, we’ll come together and host an unforgettable paint and sip!
Important Information:
- Pricing includes all art supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, etc.), table covers, and aprons.
- The artist takes care of setup and cleanup while guiding everyone step-by-step through creating their masterpiece to take home.
- If the event is hosted at an office, home, or another location, food, beverages, tables, and chairs are not provided.
- For events at our venue partner locations, food and beverage options may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.
- A late fee of $50 per hour may apply if the event starts an hour or more after the confirmed time.
- Custom paintings require an additional flat fee of $50, due when the deposit is paid.
Terms and Conditions:
- To secure a private event booking, clients must pay a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred for up to one year. (The painting portfolio link will be sent upon deposit payment.)
- By submitting the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page.
- The painting portfolio will be provided once the deposit is received.
- Payment for the final headcount is required at least 24 hours before the event. (The deposit covers two seats.)
- You may have up to three no-shows from the final headcount, as long as the group minimum of 10 people is still met.
- If applicable, a refund for up to three seats will be processed post-event, once the final headcount is confirmed.
- We are not responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our events.
Plan a Private Paint and Sip Party Event:
We are a mobile art studio so we can come to your home, office, or venue of choice. If you don’t have a venue in mind, we will help you find a great restaurant in your area. Your booking does not include food & beverages. Be sure to order from the venue when you visit!
All events are booked in 3-hour windows, excluding our Cookies & Canvas kids events that take only 2 hours to complete. Artists will handle setup and cleanup. We can do 2 hours if you have time restrictions, but may need to simplify the project you pick.
For groups of 10-18 people, consider booking a private painting party at our Wine & Canvas Studio! Alternatively, you can book a paint & sip event with one of our great partner locations such as The Mockingbird on Mill Road, The Overflow Event Center & Perfect Imperfections Boutique & Design.
