You choose:
Time – This is good for 2 or 3 hours depending on your time restrictions
Date – If you can give us a few date options with times that would be great so we can make sure an artist is available to service your party
Location – We are mobile so we can come to your home, office, or venue of choice. If you don’t have a location let us know and we’ll send you our restaurant partner list. We will have to check availability to make sure we can have a party at their venue.
Painting –Â Once you pay for your Mobile Painting Party for 10 we will send you the painting portfolio link. We have 1000’s of images to choose from. You do have the option to have a custom painting made for an additional $50 flat fee.
Project – If you want to paint on something other than a canvas, we can offer your choice of Party Glass Painting or Flower Pot Painting for the same price. Each guest paints a pair of glasses or pots. They get to pick their design and paint colors. We do have other projects such as pet portraits, fluid poured paint, and wood shiplap signs but there is an additional fee for these projects.Â
We DO Include:
- All art materials, including; Table covers, Aprons for use during the event
- An artist to set up, clean up, and guide everyone through the process
- Event photos that we share with you, as well as, a lot of laughs, memories, and some awesome acrylic painting techniques!
We DO NOT include:
- Tables and chairs for on-location events such as your home or office.
- Food and drinks – since we are mobile we do not carry a license to serve either food or any beverages – this includes wine. This means you can cater or purchase these items. Alcohol is not required to have a great painting party but wine does help the paint flow!
Once you purchase this party pack we will reach out to you to arrange details. You may also contact us at support@wineandcanvas.com or call 407-476-6898 and speak with our event coordinator to make arrangements. Their office hours are: Mon – Fri. If your Part Pack is purchased on a weekend, they’ll be in touch the following Monday once they are back in the office.
We require at least 7 days notice so we have plenty of time to arrange your party and collect all necessary. Please try and purchase as early as possible to ensure there is an artist and location available for your preferred party date (Short term notice events may require an additional fee to expedite the process). If we can’t get your party secured and scheduled on your preferred date/time, we will refund your order.Â
Have a LARGER group of people?
Our group minimum is 8 to plan a private painting party, but we can go up to 150! If you want to plan a painting party for a specific number of people that is not offered within on of our Party Pack options please submit a private party quote on our PRIVATE EVENT FORM.Â
