How do I book a private Paint and Sip Event?
We have loads of options for private events! Host your party in studio or at any location you secure. A travel fee may apply. We book all of our events via email. Our email is infosb@wineandcanvas.com.
Wine and Canvas Private Events:
We provide the art supplies, party space, and tools needed to create the painting selection. A local Wine and Canvas artist provides step by step instructions to help you create your own artwork. Although the event is guided, we offer a safe space for you to get creative on your own. We encourage creativity and find art to be therapeutic. At our studio we have a small café, and a server will take care of you during the event. Feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
What we need to get your event on our calendar:
• Date of event (your event will be listed on the calendar on this date)
• Event name (this name will appear on our calendar)
• Start time (this is the time instruction will begin)
• Location of event (Granger Studio or any location you secure. A travel fee starting at $50 is applied and goes up depending on how far away the location is from the studio/gas prices.)
• Painting selection
Event Costs and Policy
• $38 per person with a 10-person minimum charge which includes 16 X 20 gallery wrapped canvas, use of easels, brushes, paint, aprons, choice of painting, and artist. You are not required to have 10 participants, but the minimum of $380 (10 @ $38 per person) is charged. Each additional guest over the 10-person minimum charge is $38 per person.
• Wood Pallet Events are $48 a person with a minimum of 10 guests.
• We require a deposit of $190 for WNC Events and $240 for Wood Pallet Events to schedule and hold your date! This deposit is applied to your total balance and covers 5 guests.
• Your final guest count is due 48 hours prior to your event so that we are prepared with supplies and seating. Cancellation of your private event will forfeit the deposit. Additionally, Wine and Canvas reserves the right to cancel/reschedule your event if the minimum is not met. We CANNOT refund registrations for participants who did not show up. You will be charged for the number of people you provide to us 48 hours prior to the event. The host or their guests will register and pay for the event fee on our website. We will set up your event on our website calendar at wineandcanvas.com/south-bend/events/list/ for deposit and registrations.
The Cookies and Canvas event is approximately 1 ½ hours in length for instructions and two, 15-minute breaks for dry time. During the breaks would be a great time to do the cake or open gifts. When setting your private event start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin; we must begin on time as we may have another party scheduled after yours. Please have your guests arrive 10 minutes early to get ready to paint & party!
