A fun, social atmosphere with an artist to guide you and your guests step
by step in replicating the featured painting. By the end of the event, you will
create a fabulous piece of artwork! Private Events are typically 2 – 3 hours
depending on the painting you choose, with a short break for dry time about
halfway through.

Public events are not offered at this time. Contact us to book private parties
and corporate events.

We recommend contacting us at least 2-4 weeks before your preferred
event date to check availability and coordinate details or virtual paint kit
delivery. Sometimes we are able to accommodate private event requests a
few days before, so feel free to call us for availability.

options and pricing. The price range varies by group size and location.
There is typically a 15-person minimum charge and large group rates are
available. Extra fees may apply such as shipping costs for virtual events or
food/beverage minimums at venues. A nonrefundable deposit is required to
hold and book your date and is applied to the balance due 48 hours before
your event.

We provide the Art Instructor, Canvas, Paint, Brushes, Easels, Aprons, and
Creative Fun! And we set up and clean up the supplies so you and your
guests can relax and enjoy the party. Refreshments and alcohol are not
included. Wine and Canvas is the name of our company because the
founders love pairing wine with art, however, not everyone consumes wine,
and our groups purchase their own refreshments at venues or provide their
own at private settings. Most venues have food and beverage minimum
charges which are in addition to Wine and Canvas event fees. For virtual
events, paint kits are included in the price (shipping is extra).

We provide aprons, but you may want to wear something you wouldn’t
mind getting paint on — just in case!

For in-person private events, we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early
to allow time for parking and getting seated. For virtual private events, we
recommend checking in and setting up your supplies 10-15 minutes early.

We require at least 48 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a
private event. A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to book a private
event. Deposits for large groups may be higher based on group size.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made via email or by
phone. Costs for virtual paint kits, shipping, and custom artwork that are
incurred before the 48-hour notice are charged in full and nonrefundable.
Reschedules can be transferred to a new date that is within 60 days after
the original date. Contact us for more info.

minimum charge for up to 15 guests. If you have fewer guests, contact us

Wine and Canvas San Diego can travel for large corporate events. Please

There is no age limit unless you hold your private event at a venue that
requires a minimum age. Our typical paintings are geared for teens and up,
but many of our private groups have included tweens and younger children
as well. Contact us for more information.
