Hosting your own private event, party, company event or fundraiser is easy!

Our Private Events are an Artful-Fantastic way to celebrate your special day !!

How does a Wine & Canvas painting party work?

Private Event is approximately 2 ½ – 3 hours in length for instruction and a small break for dry time.  All participants receive everything they will need including a wrapped canvas, easels, brushes, paints, aprons and paper products.

Our Instructor and assistant will work with you and your guests to re-create the featured painting that was selected by YOU!  We offer alarge variety of paintings to choose from for just about every theme like floral, wine, landscape etc.  Finding one will be easy!

There is a minimum number of guests required for Wine & Canvas Private Events. Please check with your local Wine and Canvas for guest count minimums since they may vary with location of party and drive time in larger cities.

Refreshments of any kind are not included so please check with your local Wine & Canvas for information regarding beverages and food.

Cookies and Canvas Private Events celebrate your child’s special day with paint and cookies

Cookies and Canvas Private Events are approximately 1 ½ – 2 hours in length for instruction and a small break for dry time. Prices vary by location. Please consult your local Wine & Canvas for more details. All participants receive an 11 X 14 gallery wrapped canvas, easels, brushes, paint, aprons, paper products and a package of cookies. An Instructor and assistant will work with your child and guests to re-create the featured painting that your child selected! Cookies and Canvas has a large variety of paintings to choose from, be sure to let us know what theme you are looking for such as animals, sports, abstract etc. when booking the party.
When setting your private event start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin. Please have your guests arrive a little early to get ready to paint & party! We can bring the paint party to you, your favorite restaurant or have the party in one of our Studios. Refreshments of any kind are not included (except for the package of cookies for each participant) in the registration fee for the event so please check with your location for information regarding beverages and food.
As a general rule a minimum charge of 10 guests is required for Cookies and Canvas Private Events. Please check with your local Wine and Canvas/Cookies and Canvas for guest count minimums since they may vary with location of party and drive time in larger cities. Most locations have a travel fee for Cookies and Canvas off-site functions. The travel fee includes tables and stools. The date and time of your event is scheduled just for you; a deposit is required to schedule your paint party!
