Wine and Canvas Private Events are a creative way to celebrate your special event with your closest friends, family, or coworkers

Did Somebody Say Party?

The Wine and Canvas Private Event is approximately 2 ½ – 3 hours in length for instruction and a small break for dry time. Prices vary by location. Please consult your local Wine & Canvas for more details. All participants receive a 16 X 20 gallery wrapped canvas, easels, brushes, paints, aprons and paper products. An Instructor and assistant will work with you and your guests to re-create the featured painting that was selected by YOU!

Wine and Canvas has a large variety of paintings to choose from, be sure to let us know what theme you are looking for such as floral, wine, landscape etc. when booking your event.

Adult Canvas Events

  • Your choice of painting on a 16×20 gallery wrapped canvas.
  • Event time 2-3 hours.
  •  Event held at location of your choice, we will travel up to 40 miles from Minneapolis
  •  To schedule and hold your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $195. This deposit is applied to your balance.

  • Event time 2-3 hours.
  •  Event held at location of your choice, we will travel up to 40 miles from Minneapolis.
  •  To schedule and hold your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $196. This deposit is applied to your balance.

  •  To schedule and hold your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit is applied to your balance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Wine and Canvas is an entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater or movie theater. We do allow cancellations or reschedules unlike the above but we do require a 48 hour notice for regular Wine and Canvas events only. This does not include Gifted Custom Art classes.

Cancellations should be made via email or by phone. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you with 48 hours notice. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Public classes are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 10 attendees. Cancellations are very rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled classes.
