Then\, we’ll come together and host an unforgettable paint and sip! \n \nImportant Information:  \n\nPricing includes all the art supplies (canvas\, paint\, brushes\, etc..)\, table covers\, and aprons. \nThe artist will complete the setup/cleanup and guide everyone through the process of creating their Masterpiece they can take home.\nFood/beverages or tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an office/home/on-location.\nIf your event is held at one of our venue partner locations\, food/beverages for your guests may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.\nIf the event starts an hour or later than the confirmed time a late fee may be added calculated at the rate of $50 per hour. \nCustom painting is an extra flat fee of $50 and must be paid when the deposit is paid. \n\nTerms and Conditions: \n\nTo confirm the Private Event booking the client must pay the deposit. DESCRIPTION:THIS DATE IS RESERVED FOR A PRIVATE PAINT PARTY Pediatric Care Team Bonding\nPediatric Care Team Bonding and other private events are an exclusive way to celebrate a special occasion with friends and coworkers. You pick the venue\, date\, time\, and project. Then\, we’ll come together and host an unforgettable paint and sip! \n \nImportant Information:  \n\nPricing includes all the art supplies (canvas\, paint\, brushes\, etc..)\, table covers\, and aprons. \nThe artist will complete the setup/cleanup and guide everyone through the process of creating their Masterpiece they can take home.\nFood/beverages or tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an office/home/on-location.\nIf your event is held at one of our venue partner locations\, food/beverages for your guests may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.\nIf the event starts an hour or later than the confirmed time a late fee may be added calculated at the rate of $50 per hour. \nCustom painting is an extra flat fee of $50 and must be paid when the deposit is paid. \n\nTerms and Conditions: \n\nTo confirm the Private Event booking the client must pay the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable for up to 1 year. \nBy submitting the deposit you agree to the “Terms and Conditions” listed on this page. \nThe painting portfolio will be sent to the client once the deposit is paid. \nPayment for the final headcount must be completed 24 hours before the event time/date (2 seats are covered with the deposit paid already). \nYou get up to 3 no-shows from the final headcount as long as it’s above the group minimum of 8 people.   \nA refund for the 3 seats will be processed post-event once we’ve confirmed the actual headcount above the minimum group size. \nWe are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our events.\n\nWinter Weather Notice:\n\nIf we cancel due to weather your party will be able to either be fully refunded or can reschedule to a new date\nIf you need to cancel due to weather concerns\, we need 48 hours notice and the deposit is non-refundable but transferable.\nAny paid seats beyond the deposit has the option of refund or transferring to the new date\nIf you cancel under 48 hours there are no refunds available for any tickets but we can reschedule with 24 hours notice\n\nSchedule Your Physical Therapy Clinic Team Bonding\nWe are a mobile art studio so we can come to your home\, office\, or venue of choice. If you don’t have a venue in mind\, we will help you find a great restaurant in your area. Your booking does not include food & beverages. Be sure to order from the venue when you visit! \nAll events are booked in 3-hour windows\, excluding our Cookies & Canvas kids events that take only 2 hours to complete. Artists will handle setup and cleanup.
