Then\, we’ll come together and host an unforgettable paint and sip! \n \nImportant Information:  \n\nPricing includes all the art supplies (canvas\, paint\, brushes\, etc..)\, table covers\, and aprons. \nThe artist will complete the setup/cleanup and guide everyone through the process of creating their Masterpiece they can take home.\nFood/beverages or tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an office/home/on-location.\nIf your event is held at one of our venue partner locations\, food/beverages for your guests may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.\nIf the event starts an hour or later than the confirmed time a late fee may be added calculated at the rate of $50 per hour. \nCustom painting is an extra flat fee of $50 and must be paid when the deposit is paid. \n\nTerms and Conditions: \n\nTo confirm the Private Event booking the client must pay the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable for up to 1 year. \nBy submitting the deposit you agree to the “Terms and Conditions” listed on this page. \nThe painting portfolio will be sent to the client once the deposit is paid. \nPayment for the final headcount must be completed 24 hours before the event time/date (2 seats are covered with the deposit paid already). \nYou get up to 3 no-shows from the final headcount as long as it’s above the group minimum of 8 people.   \nA refund for the 3 seats will be processed post-event once we’ve confirmed the actual headcount above the minimum group size. \nWe are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our events.\n\nSchedule Your Teen Painting Party\nWe are a mobile art studio so we can come to your home\, office\, or venue of choice. DESCRIPTION:Book your private event! \nTicket price includes use of all necessary paint supplies and aprons\, instruction by a professional and friendly local artist\, and a gallery wrapped\, take-home canvas or pallet! The host or venue provides food and drinks.  You can contact any venue we use for public events or pick your own location.  We can travel to you at no additional cost\, or you can host your party at our Wine & Canvas Studio. Guests may bring in their own food and snacks to the studio. Our studio has Wine\, Beer\, and Wine Cocktails along with Water and Soda for purchase.  Outside beverages are not allowed. \nOur minimum Private Party is 10 paid seats for in studio events or ZOOM classes or 15 paid seats for a travel event. If you have less than the minimum guests\, you can pay the total amount depending on the size of the project you choose. \nThe deposit is equal to 5 seats is required when booking your event.  The deposit may be applied toward the minimum seats.  A final count and final payment is due two business days before the event is held. \nThank you for thinking of Wine & Canvas – a great way to party artsy!
