We recommend ONE pet per canvas, head and shoulders shot.
Picture are due 10 days prior to the event, There may be an extra delay if the photo is not received by 5PM. Please email the picture of your pet, love one or ride to infogr@wineandcanvas.com. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Background will be removed from photo. If you submit your photo from a different email address, please put the name you are registered under in the Subject box.
Our minimum Private Party is 10 paid seats for in studio events or 15 paid seats for a travel event or virtual event via ZOOM. If you have less than the minimum guests, you can pay the total amount depending on the size of the project you choose.
The non-refundable deposit is equal to 5 seats is required when booking your event. The deposit may be applied toward the minimum seats. A final count and final payment is due 10 business days before the PAINT YOUR PET event is held.
