Kory Hamaker is our newest Fort Myers Paint and Sip Instructor. We are excited to welcome him to our Wine and Canvas Fort Myers/Cape Coral team. He has many years instructing art classes and loves making people laugh, learn about art, and having fun.
Kory Hamaker always imagined a life of making art from the time he was a child. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Kendall College of Art & Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He found creative opportunities in the interior design field and after working as an interior/architectural designer in the local market, he opened his own successful decorative paint & mural company, Fauxscapes, Inc. in 2003.
Kory continued to pursue his fine arts in his free time and has been involved in the local arts community for many years, exhibiting several works in gallery shows. In addition, Kory has been able to create commission art for private clients.
Kory believes art to be vital for the soul and is grateful for the opportunity to share his unique spirit in creating personal collaborations. In 2018, he stepped away from the faux finishing to pursue his personal art with the desire to share it with the masses. He is currently taking commissions for custom art and is looking forward to releasing his own creations in print and other forms.
Group Painting North Ft Myers - Mama and Me Manatee is a fun activity for anyone, even those who have never painted! This will be held at Cork Soakers.
Our Sip and Paint Cape Coral - Sunset Palms event is sure to be a fun afternoon sipping, painting, and connecting with friends. All art materials included.
