We’re also committed to sustainability. Brewing beer requires significant resources, and we take that responsibility seriously. To conserve water, we use a recirculating glycol system to chill wort, eliminating the need for thousands of gallons of water during this crucial step. We’ve also recapture CO₂, allowing us to reuse CO₂ for purging tanks and kegs rather than relying solely on compressed gas.
