Date Night Painting Party and other private events are an exclusive way to enjoy a romantic and creative experience with your partner. You pick the venue, date, time, and project. Then, we’ll come together and host an unforgettable paint and sip!

Important Information:

Pricing includes all the art supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, etc..), table covers, and aprons.
The artist will complete the setup/cleanup and guide everyone through the process of creating your Masterpiece you can take home.
Food/beverages or tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an office/home/on-location.
If your event is held at one of our venue partner locations, food/beverages for your guests may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.
If the event starts an hour or later than the confirmed time a late fee may be added calculated at the rate of $50 per hour.
Custom painting is an extra flat fee of $75 and must be paid when the deposit is paid.

Terms and Conditions:

To confirm the Private Event booking the client must pay the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable for up to 1 year.
By submitting the deposit you agree to the “Terms and Conditions” listed on this page.
The painting portfolio will be sent to the client once the deposit is paid.
Payment for the final headcount must be completed 24 hours before the event time/date (2 seats are covered with the deposit paid already).
You get up to 3 no-shows from the final headcount as long as it’s above the group minimum of 8 people.
A refund for the 3 seats will be processed post-event once we’ve confirmed the actual headcount above the minimum group size.
We are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our events.

All events are booked in 3-hour windows, excluding our Cookies & Canvas kids events that take only 2 hours to complete. Artists will handle setup and cleanup. We can do 2 hours if you have time restrictions, but may need to simplify the project you pick.

No experience? No problem! Our artists will guide you step-by-step as you paint your pet with personalized flair. All skill levels are welcome, and you’re guaranteed to leave with a one-of-a-kind keepsake (and maybe a little paint on your nose).

A portion of every ticket sold will benefit Emma’s Foundation for Canine Cancer, Inc.  They focus on sparing or prolonging the life of our canine friends, by assisting with financial support.

You can upload your pet photo during checkout. Only one photo per order so if buying multiple tickets you must process separately. Tickets close noon on Wednesday, June 24th.

The best photos are taken at eye level and close-up. If you aren’t sure which photo to use you can submit more than one and we’ll help you pick! Only one pet per photo.

The canvas size for this painting is custom to your pet’s photo. Available sizes are 12×16 or 16×20 – depending how the image prints. All artists will be provided with a pre-sketched canvas and a print of their pet’s photo for color reference. Only ONE pet per photo as you won’t have the time or stamina to attempt more then one.

Beginners encouraged! Leave your stress at the door and enjoy a fun afternoon in creative company. Our Master Artist will provide all the guidance you need to paint a pet portrait shining with paw-sonality. Learn expert techniques to create your furry friend’s portrait.

We provide all the art materials, so you simply register online and then show up with an open mind ready for some creative fun. The artist will guide you step-by-step through the process to create a beautiful masterpiece that you can take home.
