Private events are an exclusive way to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. You pick the venue, date, time, and project. Want to learn more about Wine and Canvas’s Private events?
We are a mobile art studio so we can come to your home, office, or venue of choice. If you don’t have a venue we will help you find a great restaurant to party at. Food/beverage are not included though and must be paid to the hosting venue.
All events are booked in 3-hour windows, excluding Cookies & Canvas, plus setup/cleanup. We can do 2 hours if time restrictions too but may need to simplify the project you pick.

Canvas – step-by-step or abstract splatter art
Murals – perfect for team building
Glass Painting – Each person chooses their own design
Wood Signs – Paint on an Indiana state cutout or choose from other fun wood sign ideas.
Pet Portraits – Commemorate your fur baby!
Cookies and Canvas – Kid parties for ages 6+

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Wine and Canvas is an entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater or movie theater. We do allow cancellations or reschedules unlike the above but we do require a 48 hour notice for regular Wine and Canvas events only. This does not include Gifted Custom Art classes.
Wine and Canvas has a 3-day refund policy. Any credit card purchases made must be canceled within 3 days of the original purchase to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after 3 days of purchase will only be eligible for a credit. The 48-hours cancellation policy still applies. No refund or credit will be issued if your reservation is not canceled within the 48-hours prior to the class start time.
Cancellations should be made via email or by phone. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you with 48 hours notice. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Public classes are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 10 attendees. Cancellations are very rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled classes.
